I have always been incredibly self conscious of my legs and bum and hated wearing swimsuits and shorts. I have always put goals in place to improve my health and fitness but have never been able to sustain my progress long term. They have completely changed my outlook on working out and diet. Katy and her challenges have been such an incredible and positive experience.
